how to grow:

I bought plants. They are perennials and are hardy in US hardy zones 3-9.


medicinal properties:

Blue cohosh is used for women's menstrual irregularities. It is often then given together with black cohosh, angelica, cramp bark, wild ginger and ginger. But it is also very good on its own.


cautions and possible side effects:

The berries are poisonous.
The roots can irritate the mucous membrance, the leaves and stem can irritate the skin.
